XXL WARRANTY

PERIOD OF WARRANTY

The base warranty period for our products is 12 months from the original date of purchase. Within the warranty period Daewoo will repair, free of charge, any defects in materials and workmanship attributable to the company. Please take note: The warranty period can begin only after the customer correctly fills out warranty certificate. Only clean and fully intact products can be accepted by the repair service.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects. 

Most products need special attention and technical maintenance. 

The maintenance order is indicated in the guidelines of each product. Maintenance work must be conducted only by the specialists of the authorized service centers. Information pertaining to every instance of maintenance work must be indicated in the warranty certificate. The customer will forfeit his additional warranty if the maintenance was not carried out in an efficient and timely manner and if the absence of such maintenance became the cause of the defects of any components and assemblies of the Product. 

The warranty excludes failures due to acts of God and other force majeure. 

The detection of manufacturing defects will be the responsibility of a commission composed of experts at the authorized service center.

• Mechanical damage (cracks, chips etc) and damage caused by an unsuitable environment, the presence of foreign objects in the product and diffusers, or damage brought about by improper storage conditions (metal parts corrosion);
• Misuse, overloading or instability of the electrical grid (if it exceeds the parameters specified in GOST R 54149-2010). Undeniable signs of overloading are: parts which have melted or changed colour due to overheating, simultaneous failure of two and more details, a scored cylinder or piston, piston rings damage and connector rod liner damage. No warranty will be given for AVR failure because of misuse;
• Fuel and cooling systems blockage;
• No warranty will be given for consumable parts such as carbon brushes, belts, rubbers, glands, shock absorbers, clutch springs, spark plugs, mufflers, nozzles, pulleys, angle pulleys, wires, cables, hand starters, latches, collets, removable batteries, filter and protective elements, lubrications, accessories, attachments, blades, drills etc);
• No warranty will be given for electric cables with mechanical or thermal damage;
• No warranty will be given for the a product that has been dismantled, repaired, or serviced by unauthorised centers. Broken splines of the support connections are the evidence of such dismantling;
• No warranty will be given for maintanance, servicing (cleaning, washing, lubricating etc), mounting and adjustment of the product;
• No warranty will be given for for cases of normal tear and wear;
• No warranty will be given for defects arising from business use of the product;
• No warranty will be given for any warranty certificate that has not been filled out properly nor bears the official seal;;
• No warranty will be given for no signature of the customer on the warranty certificate.
